German Translation of APEX

APEX is now available in German. Use the language selection in the new options drop down menu to switch between languages.

Translated ecosystem

Besides APEX itself, the whole ecosystem is now available in German as well: The handbook, the website including the account management and the tutorial videos on YouTube.
