Translation still in progress - Development Log #404

Unfortunately there is not much to report other than we are still working on the German translation.

I wish I could offer a more exciting and interesting devlog this week, but we are still busy translating APEX into German.

This week I translated several groups of commands, especially everything revolving around bases and plots, finances, ships and inventories.

I also renamed the PSI command to PPI. PSI stands for planet site information and is being shown when clicking on the site of another player in the surface map of PLI. The content of the command didn't change at all, but we feel that the term 'site' doesn't really fit into the rest of the UI. In most of the other commands we use the term 'plot' and we want it UI to be more consistent in that regard. So, PSI is now PPI: planet plot information.
