This week Michi ads two new loan contract templates and simplifies creating the existing custom contracts.

The work on the loan feature for the Liquidity Release continues. This week I was able to add the other two loan contract templates we have in mind.
The annuity loan template creates loan contracts where the height of the installment stays constant over the duration of the loan. This makes it easy for the borrower as they have a constant expense each period.
The last loan contract template is called stable loan. The repayment rate is stable and the interest decreases each period as the amount of owed money decreases.
Additionally, I added a drop-down box to all loan templates, so the creator of a loan contract draft can choose if they want to be the lender or the borrower. We hope that makes communication around these typ of contracts easier, as one party does not have to ask the other to send over a contract, but can make offers themselves.
Last week I showed a new overlay that makes it easy to create the loan templates. One can enter most of the parameters when selecting the template, effectively reducing the amount of adjustments (and clicks!) on individual contract conditions. I thought that we could add this kind of quality of life improvement to the other contract templates as well. Here is the buy template for example:
.. and the same goes for shipping contracts:
