Michi (molp)

Last week, I told you about the first of three parts of what the new player journey looks like. It's basically the first three play sessions a new player goes through. I managed to finish the first, and by far the largest, part and am now moving to the second play session.

The second session is about space flight and has only three parts. The first part is a new tour highlighting a few key aspects of space flight. We will show the universe map, ship inventories and flight controls in a new, automatically generated screen. The second part starts after finishing the tour: the players will receive an introductory faction contract, asking them to perform a flight with one of their ships. And finally the third one is a typical come-back-for-a-reward contract that will be fulfilled once the ship arrives at its destination.

On a side note, I want to point you to this interesting topic in the forums where the disadvantages of the planetary plot systems are being discussed. Much to be learned here, we are keeping an eye on it!

Hey guys, I'm back from vacation (kinda)! Right now I'm in the US before heading back to Germany on Thursday. Because of the alignment of time zones, I am finally able to join for an espisode of Pear talks PrUn, which I have been trying to accomplish for quite a while. We tried doing this earlier, but because of hte time zone issue, it never came to pass. Please join in this week and listen as we have an interesting discussion on all things Prosperous Universe!

As always: we'd love to hear what you think: join us on Discord or the forums!

Happy trading!
