Last week, we finally had all the bits and pieces in place to ship the first batch of "goodie bags", the physical perk that's part of any supporter pack at Star-level or above.
For this occasion, the whole team came together at simulogics HQ to sign cards and pack boxes. A few impressions of the event:
For anyone waiting for their perks or thinking about getting a supporter pack for themselves: Last week we prepared as many packs as we could, up until we ran out of the material we had in stock (primarily limited by t-shirts in various sizes). We will now re-order materials and then finish all outstanding shipments over the coming weeks. So if your package isn't in the mail just yet, please bear with us!
If you are at a support tier that includes a large goodie bag, we will send you a message with a tracking link, so you'll know when your package is on its way. Small goodie bags are closer to regular mail, so we can't provide a tracking link for those unfortunately.
Also, if you have purchased a supporter pack that includes physical perks but haven't added your address to your account yet, please do so if you wish to receive them. We can't ship your stuff if we don't know where it needs to go :-).
Last but not least: Other physical perks like art prints are shipped separately, and we'll keep you posted on our progress there.
