Transmission Release Live now

Dear Licensees,

the Transmission update is live!

We are happy to announce that Prosperous Universe now has a second officially supported language: German.

This release focuses on the German translation only. At a later time we will follow up with a maintenance release that has a whole host of bug-fixes and improvements.

Besides translating APEX, we also translated the handbook, added subtitles to the tutorial videos on YouTube and translated the website including the account management system.
